Customer support

Email chitchatapp.payment@gmail.com. We answer within 2 business days, usually sooner.

Write to us about billing, cancelling, refunds, account access, or anything else. Include your ChitChat username so we can find your account. We'll never ask for your password.

Report a member

The fastest way is the Report button on their profile or in your chat. Our moderators review every report. If someone is in danger, call 911 first.

Photos of you or a fake profile, posted without your consent

You don't need an account to report this. Email chitchatapp.payment@gmail.com with the subject “Removal request”, the username or a description of the profile, and why it's you (for example, a link to your own social profile with the same photos). We remove non-consensual photos, intimate images and fake profiles and suspend the account, usually within one business day of confirming the request.
